Question 4

What is MOQ and what are your minimum order quantities?

Accepted Answer

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is the smallest number of units a supplier will sell per order.

MOQ Overview by Product Type

Product Category	Typical MOQ Range	Notes
Small toys (novelty, blind boxes)	50–200 pcs	Lower MOQ for trial orders
Die-cast cars & RC toys	100–300 pcs	Per model/color
Building blocks	200–500 pcs	Per set/design
Educational & STEM toys	100–300 pcs	Per SKU
Outdoor & sports toys	50–200 pcs	Larger items, lower quantity
OEM custom products	500–2,000 pcs	Depends on mold complexity

Key Points:

Trial orders welcome — We accommodate smaller first orders for new customers to test the market
Mixed categories allowed — You can combine different products to meet MOQ thresholds
MOQ negotiation — For established customers with recurring orders, MOQ can be further reduced

💡 Pro Tip: If you're a new importer, start with 2–3 product categories at minimum MOQ. This minimizes risk while testing market demand in your region.

Question 5

How are your products priced?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is **factory-direct from Chenghai**, typically **30–60% below retail price**. The exact price depends on order quantity (larger orders = lower unit price), customization level (standard vs OEM/ODM), product complexity (materials, components, assembly), and current raw material costs. Contact us for a detailed quotation within **24 hours**.

Question 6

Accepted Answer
